Ordering & Booking
Order Requests
All custom cake orders begin with an order inquiry form. After reviewing your request, availability, and design details, FROSTED will provide a custom quote.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or reserve your event date.
Booking Your Date
Your order is considered officially booked only after:

Final invoice approval

Required deposit payment is received
Dates are reserved on a first-confirmed basis.
Advance Notice
Advance notice is highly recommended. Popular dates, weekends, and holiday periods may book quickly.
Last-minute orders may be accepted based on availability and may include a rush fee.
Payment Policy
Deposit Requirement
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order date.
The deposit covers preparation time, ingredients, supplies, and reserving your requested date.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.
Orders are not considered complete until the full balance has been received.

Listed prices are starting prices and may vary depending on your final design.
Design Policy
Inspiration Photos
Inspiration photos are welcomed and encouraged to help communicate your vision.
Please note that inspiration images are used as a reference only. Exact replication of another artist's work is not guaranteed.
Each FROSTED cake is uniquely created with artistic interpretation and may include slight variations.
Creative Adjustments
FROSTED reserves the right to make design adjustments when needed to maintain cake structure, quality, and overall presentation.
Cake Flavors & Customizations
FROSTED offers a variety of signature cake flavors, fillings, and buttercream options.
Special requests and custom flavor combinations may be considered depending on availability and production requirements.
Pickup & Delivery
Pickup
Customers are responsible for transporting cakes safely after pickup.
FROSTED is not responsible for damage that occurs after the cake has left our possession.
Cake care instructions will be provided at pickup.
Delivery
Delivery may be available depending on location, order size, and scheduling availability.
Delivery fees begin at $25+ and vary based on distance and order requirements.
Cancellation & Changes
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable due to the preparation, planning, and supplies reserved for your order.
Date Changes
Requests to change an event date may be considered based on availability.
A date change cannot be guaranteed and may require a new deposit depending on circumstances.
Order Changes
Changes to flavors, design details, servings, or other order elements must be requested as early as possible and may affect the final price.
Rush Orders
Orders requested with less than 7 days notice may be accepted based on availability.
A 20% rush fee may apply.
Allergy Disclaimer
FROSTED products are prepared in a home kitchen where common allergens may be present, including:
